1. Introduction- Application Overview
1.1 Description:
Online Scheduling Calendar System is to simplify and streamline the scheduling process for the Government of Occidental Mindoro.
1.2 Objective:
An online scheduling calendar system's goal is to provide the Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro a convenient and efficient means of scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, events, or resources.
The purpose of an online scheduling calendar system is to improve resource allocation, enhance accessibility and convenience, make simpler and easier the scheduling process, and promote effective user communication and coordination for the Government of Occidental Mindoro.
This online system, which is powered by the Management Information System Division of PPDO, aims to deliver the simplest and most accessible scheduling process.
1.3 Who can benefit the Online Scheduling Calendar System
All the intended users of the Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro.
Admin: User Admin manage posts of the scheduled meetings on the Online Calendar System.
User: User can see the content of a document or file about the scheduled meeting but cannot make edits or changes.

2. Key Features of the Online Calendar System

Search for the scheduled meetings for the specific date or year.

Click to view the monthly, weekly, or yearly schedule.

A description shows according to its date and time. The TITLE, LOCATION, REMARKS, STATUS, and the ATTACHMENT of the meeting. It is available and visible in the weekly and yearly schedule.

Click the "View Attachment" of the set scheduled. Contains all the important information needed for the meeting agendas.
3. Technical Specifications
• Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Back-end: Web server, programming language (PHP), database (e.g., MySQL)
4. Requirements
Internet - Web page browsing, or surfing, does not use much data or bandwidth to
open the Online scheduling Calendar System Application. A normal web page is typically
less than 3 MB (Megabytes) in size and will download in seconds or less.
Mobile Phone, Tablet, Laptop or desktop computer as long as it is connected to the internet.
5. First-time Users
Typically, you will be receiving an email from the Office of the Provincial Administrator
informing that there’s an upcoming schedule meeting for you.

which will serve as a one-stop online shop to access all application system
information to PGOM services, programs, projects, and activities.
• Click the Online Scheduling Calendar System
• Login using your registered credentials.
• Once successfully login, access the Online Scheduling Calendar.

• Access the Online Scheduling Calendar
• Enter your Login credentials
• View the scheduling details, click to the monthly, weekly, or yearly schedule.
• Click the "View Attachment" of the set scheduled. It contains all the important information needed for the meeting agendas.

USERNAME: You are allowed to login using a personalized online identity username created.
PASSWORD: Please note that your passwords serve as a means to verify that the person attempting to access an account or resource is indeed the legitimate user of the PGOM system application.
